At PRO ENERGY, our CSR mission is to create positive and measurable impact by combining clean energy solutions with sustainable, community‐focused initiatives in Myanmar and beyond.

01. Access to Clean Energy & Community Empowerment

  • Off‐grid solar in underserved areas – We’re offering our services for mini‐grids and standalone solar lighting systems to bring reliable power to rural schools and clinics lacking access.
  • Workshops & technical training – Partnering with local NGOs and vocational schools, we can train youth and women in solar panel installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. This increases employability and builds a green‐energy‐skilled workforce.
  • Collaborating with communities – We can collaborate to supply solar‐powered lights and charging stations to enable students to study after dark, improving educational outcomes, we engage local stakeholders from project inception.
  • Support for women entrepreneurs – Founded to promote both energy equity and diversity—we aim to involve and empower women‐led micro‐enterprises in local initiatives.

02. Environmental Stewardship & Circularity

  • Solar waste management – We are aiming to build a circular‐economy approach to ensure responsible end‐of‐life recycling for PV components.
  • Carbon impact transparency – Deploying interactive dashboards to visualize emissions reductions and community benefits, based on proven CSR best practices.

03. Green Employment & Responsible Labor

  • Local hiring – We prioritize employing local technicians and installers, strengthening economic resilience and reducing talent migration.
  • Fair labor practices– In line with CSR norms in the energy sector, we ensure ethical labor, safe working conditions, and inclusive policies.

04. Energy Partnerships & Institutional Projects

  • Educational and health solar systems – We plan to support of solar installations in hospitals and schools, and public infrastructure projects.
  • Corporate plus community funding – Leveraging CSR funding and PPA frameworks, we aim to align client energy needs with community upliftment .
