At Pro Energy, we specialize in engineering and implementing commercial and industrial solar energy solutions.
Even though we're in the early stages, HSE is already a foundational pillar of how we plan and operate.
We strive to be recognized for:
We are building our HSE program around these key areas:
Aligning with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), as well as solar‐specific codes like the Uniform Solar Energy and Hydronics Code and BS 7671 for safe electrical installations.
Identifying upfront hazards such as electrical shock, falls from heights, and chemical exposures related to panel installation or end‐of‐life recycling.
Establishing lockout/tagout, PPE usage, emergency shutdown, and fall arrest protocols relevant to solar installations.
Certifying installers in electrical safety, rigging, emergency response, and fall protection, with regular updates and refreshers.
Developing plans for electrical fires, storm shutdowns, first aid, and smoke evacuation, with periodic drills.
Implementing waste minimization, chemical handling procedures, and planning for PV panel recycling and responsible disposal.
Laying the groundwork for predictive maintenance and real‐time monitoring of electrical systems to preempt hazards.
| Area | Our Approach |
|---|---|
| Site Assessment | Structural load checks, grid‐permit review, and EIA planning |
| Component Certification | Using internationally certified panels, inverters, cables, and mounts |
| Smart PPE & Tools | Insulated gloves, eye/ear protection, fall harnesses, and AR/drone assessments |
| Inspections & Maintenance | Routine technical audits, cleaning, and documentation |
